James Rodriguez has officially been unveiled as a Real Madrid player in front of a packed crowd at the Bernabeu after completing his big-money move from Monaco.
James, 23, said earlier this month that a move to Madrid represented his "life's dream" and on Tuesday, the 10-time European champions made it a reality when they sealed his signature.
Monaco had insisted on Tuesday that they had "no intention to sell" the player but felt the move was "the most beneficial solution for all parties."
It is believed Madrid paid around 80 million euros for James, which would make him the fourth-most expensive player of all time, behind only Luis Suarez, Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.
