Everton crush Blackburn after penalty miss two Rovers
Highly controversial penalty in the 92-minute bring minimum success to Everton with 1-0 in the visit of "Iuud Park" against Blackburn Rovers.

Both Junior Hoilett and substitute Mauro Formica had missed spot kicks by the time Christopher Samba was harshly penalised for climbing over Marouane Fellaini in the 90th minute. Arteta showed no nerves with his effort, as he calmly slotted the ball beyond Paul Robinson to snatch all three points.
In what was a combative contest, matters only really sprang into life after Everton's promising youngster Ross Barkley was duped into giving away a penalty as Formica took a tumble over the 17-year-old's trailing leg. Hoillett stepped up to take the ensuing penalty, but he saw his weak effort comfortably saved by Tim Howard low to his right as Jason Roberts was unable to bundle home the rebound.
Blackburn were given a chance to make amends for that wastefulness - and a David Goodwillie attempt that hit the post - with just under ten minutes remaining. Formica again won it after being taken down by Phil Jagielka - but this time he was the one who missed that opportunity, slamming his effort against the post in a mistake he and his manager would come to rue as Arteta eventually showed them how it was done at the death.
Swansea City gained their second point of their season with a 0-0 draw against Sunderland.
Both sides had plenty of chances at the Liberty Stadium, with Danny Graham and Scott Sinclair both guilty of wasting glorious chances - the latter as he rifled a low drive against the post with Simon Mignolet left stranded.

In a match of few chances, Emile Heskey went closest for Villa in the first half when he could only guide Gabby Agbonlahor's low cross wide of the post.
Stephen Hunt had Villa worried when he found space at the far post, but his header failed to trouble goalkeeper Shay Given. Agbonlahor also forced Wayne Hennessey into a smart save when he drove into the box and drilled a shot across goal.
Wigan Athletic secured their first victory of the season as a double from Franco Di Santo gave them a 2-0 win over QPR.
Di Santo smashed home five minutes before the break and completed the scoring on 66 minutes with a deflected effort as Joey Barton saw his new club go down to their second defeat of the season.
