Roma agree deal for Strootman

Roma have agreed a deal with PSV Eindhoven to sign midfielder Kevin Strootman, the Dutch club confirmed on Tuesday.

Strootman, 23, has been targeted by Manchester United, Chelsea and Napoli this summer after an impressive season in the Eredivisie.

PSV confirmed on their official website that Strootman has "travelled to Rome to undergo his medical examination and to reach a personal agreement"
